The process of prairie building is starting home construction prior to all utilities being installed and streets being paved. In other words, homes are built concurrently with civil site construction.
Why Prairie Build?
Developers and Owners are able to start homes two to three months sooner, allowing homebuyers to move in earlier. Developers invest millions of dollars up front in the land purchase, land development, and home construction. By prairie building, developers realize returns on their investments quicker.
