Development:
Assisted in successfully negotiated a comprehensive development agreement with the City of Cedar Park to oversee the entire project. As part of our management role, MileStone supervised the construction of the Amenity Center, which includes the pool, playscape, and bathrooms. Additionally, MileStone prairie built many of the units.
RM 150 Street Improvements
Arterial Road Improvements – Kyle, TX
Location: Hays County
Description: The project involves widening over 2,000 linear feet of RM-150 in collaboration with TxDOT. The expansion aims to enhance traffic flow and safety, with specific focus on accommodating the needs of the Sage Hollow project. This includes the addition of turn lanes to facilitate smoother traffic movements in the vicinity of Sage Hollow. Coordination was necessary for traffic controls to keep existing traffic moving smoothly.
